North America Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over $150 (excl. taxes).  For other orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping timelines:  we typically package and ship your items quickly (within 1-2 business days) so that you have them to enjoy!  During site-wide promotions and the holiday season, orders can take up to 3-4 days.  We ship from our Toronto, Canada warehouse.

Pick-Up in Toronto (GTA)

We offer the option to pick-up your package at our Toronto office (saving all shipping costs).

It's located in the Bay/Bloor area, which is 5 mins walking distance from Yonge & Bloor subway station.

Parking: you can park for free in the driveway for a few minutes.

How to arrange: select 'Toronto pick up' at checkout.  Once you have paid for your products, we will email you to arrange pick-up timing.  We always do our best to provide several options and accommodate your timing.  If you have further questions, you can email us here at anytime. 

International Shipping

For support with international shipping outside of North America, you can send us your order via email and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 days with all shipping options.  Please email us here.
