Regular Priced Items

We want you to love your new handbag as much as we do.  In the event that you change your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange within 10 days of receiving it. 

At this time, we do not offer refunds on any of our products.

To initiate an exchange, please notify us here and we will send you clear & easy instructions. To be eligible for an exchange, the items must be tagged, unworn and in new condition. 

Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer.  You may also return the item to our ‘pick up/drop off’ location in the Greater Toronto Area.  If you wish to drop off your item, please indicate this when you email us and we will reply with easy instructions.

Sale Items

All sale items including those purchased using a discount code are not eligible for return or exchange.  

Headbands

For sanitary reasons, all of our headbands are final sale.  In the event that you have any issues, you can email us here at any time.

 

US RETURN POLICY 🇺🇸

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges from the US.  All products will be final sale.
